We will promote the children's curiosity about the past, develop their questioning minds and ask perceptive questions. They will have the ability to think critically to develop perspectives and judgements.
Year 2 loved learning about The Great Fire of London and Tudor Houses in their topic ‘Street Detectives’. They designed and made their very own in D.T!
Year 3 have enjoyed learning about the Stone Age and Iron Age as part of their topic 'Tribal Tales'.
Year 5 have been learning about The Ancient Egyptians in their topic 'Pharaohs'.
Year 6 have had fun learning about the Maya Civilisation during their topic 'Hola Mexico!'. They also learnt about the history of hot chocolate and enjoyed making and tasting their own!
